STORY
Established because of Friendship and Passion, Island Brasserie is now well known to be one of the best Pizza restaurant here in Coron who also offer variety of dishes that could satisfy one's cravings and indulge oneself into food addiction.
Since
2018
While Vhang & Luisa are absolutely a food enthusiasts and our Chef Inday is ideal for her passion and love in cooking, these three came up into an idea of putting a restaurant with a french theme Brasserie which means a restaurant that serves single dishes and other meals. Each meal is crafted with pleasure and taste. A genuine idea of serving fresh, organic, homemade pastries and totally indulgent food that makes our customers happy and satisfied.
